Returns or Refunds
As a small business, all sales at BOUQ Skin are final. This policy helps us continue providing quality care while supporting our team.
Booking
To support our team and provide the best personalized service, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Changes made within 48-24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. This fee offsets the unrecoverable time and revenue lost associated with your appointment.
Child Care
While we adore children, for their safety and the tranquility of our spa environment, we kindly request that infants and young children not attend appointments. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring a serene atmosphere for all guests.
Gift Cards
Give the gift of glowing, clear skin or a relaxing, results-driven facial with our BOUQ Skin gift cards. Available as physical or electronic cards in any denomination, they’re perfect for pampering your loved ones with transformative skincare services and products. Please note all gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Services
For our facial treatments, guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive the service. If under 18, individuals must be accompanied by a guardian during the treatment session. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
